How to use Measured Pleasure
Measured Pleasure is a free comparison tool — not a retailer. We catalogue intimate products with full dimensional data so you can filter by exact measurements before you buy.
What we are
Measured Pleasure is an independent comparison platform. We catalogue 3,700+ intimate products across 10+ retailers — including Bad Dragon, SheVibe, Lovehoney, Orion, Tantus, Amazon, and more — with full dimensional data: insertable length, girth at tip, midpoint, and base, material, and base type.
We are not a retailer. We do not sell products. All purchases happen directly through the linked retailer. We earn a small affiliate commission when you click through and buy — at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which products we list or how measurements are presented.
Using the filter tool
Category pills
Use the pills at the top of the products page (Dildo, Vibrator, Anal plug, Couples, Fantasy) to browse by product type. Click any pill to filter the catalogue — click the active pill again to clear it.
Size & Filters
Click Size & Filters to open the filter panel. Use the sliders to set a minimum and maximum insertable length and girth (diameter). The results update immediately to show only products that fall within your range.
Retailer filter
Within the filter panel, select one or more retailers to narrow results — Bad Dragon, SheVibe, Orion, Amazon, and more. Useful if you want to browse only products from a specific store or brand.
Country / Ships to
Set your country in Preferencesto see only products that ship to you. Products from retailers that don't deliver to your country are automatically hidden from results.
Safety filter
Toggle Body-safe only in Preferences to filter results to silicone, glass, and metal products only. This excludes TPE, rubber, and all AliExpress listings.
Understanding the measurements
Insertable length vs total length
Total length is the full physical length of a product. Insertable length is how much of it can actually be used — the usable portion above the base or handle. These are often very different. A product with a suction cup base or pronounced handle may have significantly less insertable length than its total. We show insertable length wherever available, because that's the number that matters.
Girth — diameter, not circumference
All girth measurements on Measured Pleasure are diameter in centimetres (or inches, if you switch units in Preferences). Diameter is the width across. Some retailers publish circumference — we convert everything to diameter so comparisons are consistent across all products and retailers.
Tip, midpoint, and base
Where available, we show girth at three points along the product: tip (narrowest), midpoint (middle), and base (widest). This gives a complete picture of a product's actual shape — not just a single number that could refer to any point along it.
Switching units
Open Preferences (top right of the filter bar on the products page) to switch between centimetres and inches. Sliders, measurements, and displayed values all update immediately.
Comparing products
Click + Compare on any product card to add it to your comparison. You can compare up to 4 products side by side. Once you've selected products, click Compare in the sticky bar at the bottom of the page to open the comparison view. All measurements are shown in the same units for direct comparison.
The compare feature works across categories — you can compare a dildo against a vibrator, or products from different retailers, as long as they share comparable measurements.
The machines catalogue
The Machines page is a separate catalogue of sex machines and attachments. Filter by machine type (saddle, thruster, stroker, hybrid), stroke length, strokes per minute (SPM), and attachment system (Vac-U-Lock, KlicLok, 3XLR).
Machine attachments — including Bad Dragon collab attachments — are listed in the main product catalogue. The machines catalogue focuses on the machines themselves: specs, stroke ranges, motor wattage, and retailer links.
Currency and language
Open Preferences on the products or machines page to switch between USD, AUD, GBP, EUR, and several other currencies. Prices are converted from published retail prices using approximate exchange rates updated monthly.
Use the EN | DE toggle in the header to switch the interface to German. This is particularly useful when browsing Orion products, which are listed in German on their storefront.
